Just Another Fanboy 97 – Kraven’s Last Hunt

This is the episode in which I dip back into the old episode bin and play something from March of 2019.

Did you know that there was once a time where Spider-Man was shot and buried by Kraven the Hunter?

That’s right, this is the episode in which I talk about Kraven’s Last Hunt by J. M. DeMatteis, Mike Zeck, Bob McLeod, Rick Parker, Bob Sharen, and Janet Jackson.

“Kraven the Hunter has stalked and killed every animal known to man. But there is one beast that has eluded him. One quarry that has mocked him at every turn: the wall-crawling web-slinger known as Spider-Man. And to prove that he is the hero’s master, he will pull on his costume and become him… after he shoots and buries him six feet under!”

Published by Marvel Comics in Web of Spider-Man #31-32, Amazing Spider-Man #293-294, and Spectacular Spider-Man #131-132 between October and November of 1987.

FIC Presents: Chamber Chats #3 – Maybe Kraven

chamber_chats_003

We get the feeling you guys could use a Chamber Chats. Maybe you’re a bit down and out because Doc Fluxx had promised a proper episode of Feed It Comics where he and Father Shepherd would address Fanquisitions, but worry not!! That episode is on the way. In the meantime, SHUT UP and enjoy Dewayne Feenstra and Pawz Man as they chat with Doc on a whole slew of topics.

They talk about new Spider-Man casting that puts a twitch in our britches, and speculate on a new Spidey villian. They talk about some exciting new Daredevil, casting as well as Marvel’s trouble with “mysticism”. They talk about Bill Nye, Neil Degrasse Tyson and light sail. They talk Twin Peaks and cornering Guillermo Del Toro in an elevator!. Grab a stiff drink and join us by the fire for another Chamber Chats!!

To submit FANQUISITION topics for our weekly panel to address, submit via twitter with #FICquiz, comment on the episode page (recommended) or email feeditcomics@gmail.com. You will be entered to win seriously cool comics.
