Episode 50!!!  and to celebrate we are joined by our friends Scott and Nick, who fit right in.  Reviews are all over the
place as Drew delves into the Shadowline Saga,  Don finally reads Sweet Tooth, Scott realizes the awesomeness that is Scalped, Nick checks out Invincible and Locke and Key, and Matt finishes reading Blackest Night.  He doesn’t review it, mind you, he actually finishes reading it during the podcast.  Digital reviews include Turf #1, Atomic Robo Vol. 2, and the Resurrection of Ra’s Al Gul (did I spell that right?).  No news or the Deciphering the DCU.  Flashback is the battle the the best Batman stories with Batman: The Killing Joke VS Batman: Arkham Asylum.  Guess who wins?

Let's see. I'm 34 years, and a mechanical engineer in Wichita, KS. I'm married with two small children (6 and 3). I love narrative in all its forms: books, movies, and, obviously, comic books. I started reading comics regularly around age 8. First couple of titles I started picking up were Uncanny X-men around issue #184 and Power Pack #1. This was also at around the same time that Secret Wars was hitting, so that had a major effect on me as well. I discovered Watchmen in high school and shortly after discovered Cerebus, The Crow, and Bone. So, hence, my love of indie comics was born. Lately, I've been getting back to my superhero roots.
