  1. I didn’t think the Legion art was rough at all. It’s not fair to compare to Kitson’s art, it’s apples and oranges.

  2. My main point in comparing the art in that issue to Kitson’s was that it was a noticeable difference in style. It is that apples and oranges kind of difference that I was trying to point out. Those sorts of stylistic changes in the art within a story arc can be distracting. But it anybody is to blame for that it is the editor, not the artists.

    I tried to keep most of my comments on the art to the inconsistencies within that issue and sometimes just within a single page. There were places were I thought the art was great and others where I didn’t. The artist has a lot of potential but I felt that issue needed more work.
