(Note: I mistakenly said that all three stories were eight pages long.)

A slew of new number ones are on the offering this week.  The Sentry makes his less than triumphant return in The Sentry #1.  Charlie looks at couple new titles with Weatherman #1 and The Magic Order #1.  A renegade group of Teen Titans are on the loose and are ready to do things “their way”, even if it means getting their hands dirty in Teen Titans Special #1.

Also a few follow-up issues for you.  Jon gives us the low down on Man of Steel #5 and Charlie brings us to the end of the Dan Slot run on Amazing Spider-Man with issue #801.

– (18:55) THE WEDDING OF MAGI AND SANDRA, written by Jerry Siegel, pencilled by Curt Swan and inked by George Klein. This was Siegel’s 83rd silver age Superman Family story that we’ve covered for the era, and his 135th overall for the era.

– (33:04) JIMMY OLSEN’S PEN PALS letter column.

– (38:39) THE UNBEATABLE JIMMY OLSEN, written by Jerry Siegel and drawn by George Papp (except for the third panel of page 4, which was pencilled by Curt Swan and inked by George Klein, repeating the scene displayed on the cover). This was the 84th silver age Superman Family story we’ve covered for the podcast, and the 136th overall for the era.
