Wayne’s Comics #308: Royden Lepp

Wayne Hall, Wayne’s Comics, Rust, Royden Lepp, Archaia, Roman, Jet, BOOM! Studios

Don’t miss this week’s episode, #308, as I talk with Royden Lepp, the creator of Archaia’s Rust as he’s preparing to release the final volume in February! Rust is a series of graphic novels packed with emotion and adventure, and I get to talk with him about a preview copy I received! (By the way, I loved it!) Be sure to let your local comics shop know you want a copy asap so they can order it for you! And I highly recommend you read the first three books to get ready! They’re some of the best reading out on the stands today, and the best holiday present you can give yourself in 2017! And if you’d like to hear more of what Royden and I have talked about previously, check out these episodes of this podcast: #89, #127, and #212!

Wayne’s Comics #127 With ‘Rust’s’ Royden Lepp

Wayne Hall, Wayne’s Comics, Rust, Royden Lepp, Archaia,

If you aren’t reading Archaia’s  Rust from Royden Lepp, you really should be! It’s a series packed with emotion and adventure, and the third volume will be out in early May! In fact, you need to pick up the first two books  so you can get as much as you can out of the third volume! You’ll meet Jet and the family he’s been taken in by, learn about his origin and know more about the challenges the Robot Boy faces. It’s one of the best books out on the stands today!

Next week, be sure to catch my interview with writer Joey Esposito, co-creator of Captain Ultimate, next week! His newest book, Pawn Shop, is one you’ll want to find out more about!

You’re going to enjoy listening to the 89th episode of the Wayne’s Comics podcast, now at MajorSpoilers.Com!

This week I have a great interview with Royden Lepp, creator of Rust, one of the best books available today! Royden discusses how this hard-cover, four-volume Archaia graphic novel that is both nostalgic ode to family ties and high-octane adventure came to be and what readers can expect from the series! I hope you’re already a fan like I am, but if not, you’ll discover this excellent series that you should add to your collection!

Then everything wraps up with the latest ‘News & Previews!’ Don’t miss it!

Wayne’s Comics is created by Wayne Hall, who also writes the weekly Comics Portal column and reviews comics for that site as well!
