Wayne’s Comics Podcast #322: Andrew Kafoury

Wayne Hall, Wayne’s Comics, No’Madd, Andrew Kafoury, City of Empty Towers, Cave of Broken Tombs, Emerald City Comic Con, ECCC, Ka’sell, Ah’Kee, Todd Herman, Lee Moyer, Tom Orzechowski, Michael Peters, Jav, Taron

At the recent Emerald City Comic Con in Seattle, I discovered a terrific series of comics/graphic novels called No’Madd and got to meet Andrew Kafoury, one of the main driving forces behind these excellent stories. Here in Episode 322, I interview Drew about these books, including how the series came to be, who several of the various characters are, and where No’Madd might be going in the near future. Don’t miss what this high-octane comics talent has to say this week and what he and his superb team of creators has coming for us soon!

Cammy’s Comic Corner – Geeky Talky – Episode 57

Photobucket

In this episode, I’m joined by friend of the show Lobster Johnson, and he talks about what he saw at the Emerald City ComiCon this past weekend. He’s also very mean to me.

V for Vertigo, Episode 96: Inverted Commas

I recently signed up for Netflix, and spend a few minutes talking about it and all the movies I’ve watched—namely, romantic comedies.

There’s a little bit of news from Emerald Comic-Con. It’s nothing exciting but it is “news.” I go over Y: The Last Man—Whys and Wherefores (Brian K. Vaughan, Pia Guerra). I talk about the little good, the mostly bad, and the very ugly of the entire series.
